Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Moodle and Keyboarding in SAM courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to Keyboarding in SAM activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

  1. Open your Moodle course.

  2. Click actions menu › Turn editing on.

  3. Click Add an activity or resource.

  4. Select the Cengage tool and click Add.

    The Cengage tool is created and named by your Moodle administrator.

  5. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Save your changes at the bottom of the page.

    Click either Save and return to course or Save and display.
