Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Blackboard® and MindTap courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to MindTap activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Prerequisites

Integrate MindTap With Your Blackboard Course

1. Open your Blackboard course.
2. Go to a content area in your course and open the Content Market.
   • Blackboard Original: Click Content > Build Content.
   • Blackboard Ultra: Click + > Content Market.
3. Click the Cengage tool.

   A list of assigned activities for your linked MindTap course is shown.

4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
5. Click Continue.
6. Blackboard Original: Review the settings, select where to put your course links, and click Submit.

The content page displays all the links you have added to your MindTap course and activities.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Blackboard.
