Keep track of the amount of sleep you are getting per night.
Diet & Wellness Plus is not included in all MindTap courses. If Diet & Wellness Plus is included in your course, you can find the Diet & Wellness Plus icon in the toolbar.
- In the toolbar, click to open Diet & Wellness Plus.
- Click Healthy Behaviors.
- Click Sleep Tracker.
- If needed, change the date in Select a date.
- Under Sleep inhibitors, enter any reason you may have had trouble sleeping the night before.
- Enter a Start sleep and Wake up time.
- Click Submit Sleep.
