Save recipes that you make often so you don't have to add each individual ingredient to your diet tracker. The recipe will be saved as a new food item that you can find in the search results on the Track Diet page.
Diet & Wellness Plus is not included in all MindTap courses. If Diet & Wellness Plus is included in your course, you can find the Diet & Wellness Plus icon in the toolbar.
- In the toolbar, click to open Diet & Wellness Plus.
- Click Track Diet.
- Click .
- Enter a name and the total number of servings your recipe produces.

Add each ingredient to your recipe.
- Click Add Ingredient.
- Search for an ingredient and click the most accurate search result.
- Enter the amount that you use in the recipe. Click to change the metric.
- Click Save Ingredient.
- Click Save Recipe.
Your recipe is automatically added to your Favorites list, and you can find it when you search for a food item on the Track Diet page.
