Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Canvas™ and OWLv2 courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to OWLv2 activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Prerequisites
Integrate OWLv2 With Your Canvas Course
  1. Open your Canvas course.
  2. From the course navigation, click Cengage.
  3. Select your linked OWLv2 course from the list of content sources.

    A list of assigned activities for your linked OWLv2 course is shown.

  4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
  5. Click Confirm, review your selection, and click Save.

The selected links are added to the module.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Canvas.
