Completing a Reading Assignment

If your instructor has selected a Cengage eBook for your section, the instructor can assign readings from that book. If you have purchased that eBook through Cengage, you can read that book online from within SAM using the following procedure:

Select a reading assignment from the Activity Calendar or Activity List.
If prompted, purchase the eBook.
Click the name of the assignment and another browser window or tab opens.
If this is the first time you have accessed the eBook, the MindTap Service Agreement displays. Click Accept to continue or click Decline.

The eBook displays.
