Open a Course

Open a MindTap, WebAssign, SAM, CNOWv2, or OWLv2 course from your LMS, Cengage dashboard, or MindTap course.

Note This feature is currently unavailable for K–12 students who access Cengage courses through NGLSync.

LMS

If your course uses an LMS, access your MindTap course through the link in your LMS.

Sign in to your LMS.
Navigate to your course.

Your course includes links to MindTap content added by your instructor.
Click a MindTap link.

You might have to ask your instructor which link to click, or try clicking a few links to find the right one.

Sidebar

The sidebar is shown at the left of your screen in MindTap, WebAssign, and SAM courses.

Click Courses in the sidebar.
Click the course you want to open.

Cengage Dashboard

Open your Cengage dashboard at login.cengage.com.
Find the tile for your MindTap course.
Click Open MindTap.
