Track Sleep in Diet & Wellness Plus

Keep track of the amount of sleep you are getting per night.

Diet & Wellness Plus is not included in all MindTap courses. If Diet & Wellness Plus is included in your course, you can find the Diet & Wellness Plus icon Diet & Wellness Plus in the toolbar.

  1. In the toolbar, click Diet & Wellness Plus to open Diet & Wellness Plus.

  2. Click Healthy Behaviors.

  3. Click Sleep Tracker.

  4. If needed, change the date in Select a date.

  5. Under Sleep inhibitors, enter any reason you may have had trouble sleeping the night before.

  6. Enter a Start sleep and Wake up time.

  7. Click Submit Sleep.
