You can reset your Cengage password from the sign-in
page.
Note This feature is not available for K-12 students who sign in
to their courses through NGLSync. Ask your teacher to change your
password in NGLSync.

Go to login.cengage.comcengage.cacengage.com/loginstudent.cengage.comstudent.cengage.com au.cengage.com/student/ (Australia) or nz.cengage.com/student/ (New Zealand).

On the sign-in page, click .

Type your email address and click Reset via
email.
If you have an alternate email address attached to your account, you can
enter either email address to reset your password.
Cengage sends you an email.
If you do not remember your email address, contact Customer Support.

Open the email and click Reset Your
Password.

Type your new password in both password fields.
Note
Your password must contain:
- at least 8 characters
- a lowercase letter
- an uppercase letter
- a number
Your password is updated and you are signed in.
