If you transfer to a different section or drop the course,
ask your instructor to drop you from their roster in
MindTap. If you purchased access within the past
14 days and dropped the course, you can request a refund.
As a student,
you can't remove yourself from a MindTap
course or transfer to a different section. Ask your instructor to transfer you
to the new section in MindTap.
- If your new course or section has a different instructor, your instructor will need to work with the other instructor to transfer you.
- Contact support to apply your payment to your transferred course or section.
