Diet & Wellness Plus Reports

After you track food intake and daily activity, you can generate a wide range of nutrient reports and spreadsheets.

Diet & Wellness Plus is not included in all MindTap courses. If Diet & Wellness Plus is included in your course, you can find the Diet & Wellness Plus icon Diet & Wellness Plus in the toolbar.

Generate reports

  1. In the toolbar, click Diet & Wellness Plus to open Diet & Wellness Plus.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Select a report under Diet & Activity Reports.

  4. If prompted, select a date or date range.

    These settings determine the date range for the diet and activity data gathered by the report.

  5. If prompted, select which meals you want the report to be based on.

    You must select at least one meal.

Export reports

  1. After generating your report, click Export and select a file format.

  2. Click Export.

  3. Save the report to your device.
