Import Cognero Question Sets to Canvas

Use question sets from Cognero to build quizzes or tests in Canvas™.

In Cognero, open any question set or test.
Download the Cognero question set to your computer.

Click File > Export > QTI Standard > QTI 1.2.
In Canvas, open a course.
Click Settings > Import Course Content.
Set Content Type to QTI .zip file.
Click Choose File.
Find and select your exported QTI file.
Click Import.

Now you can add Cognero questions to a Canvas quiz.

When creating a Canvas quiz, click the Questions tab. Click Find Questions and select the Cognero question set. Select questions and click Add Questions.
